All about REjuran treatment

How REJURAN Treatments Work

Rejuran works by delivering highly purified polynucleotides (PN) into the dermis, where they act as “repair signals” to boost cellular turnover and stimulate fibroblasts, helping rebuild the structures that keep skin firm and smooth.

As the product integrates, it strengthens the skin barrier, improves moisture retention and enhances overall texture and hydration.

Because it focuses on healing rather than adding volume, results appear subtle, natural and progressively better over several weeks.

A series of three treatments builds on these effects, leading to smoother texture, refined pores and healthier, more resilient skin.

Recommended course: 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart for optimal outcomes.

Maintance: once every 6-12 months, or as needed.

Treatment Process of Rejuran

Your Rejuran treatment is designed to be comfortable, efficient, and tailored to your comfort level.

  1. Consultation – Your practitioner will assess your skin and discuss your suitability for this treatment.

  2. Preparation – The skin is cleansed, and a topical numbing cream will be applied for 15 minutes.

  3. Injection – Using a super fine needle, small amounts of the product are injected under the skin 1cm apart across the treatment area.

  4. Finishing Touches – A soothing mask is applied to calm the skin and lock in hydration.

The treatment generally takes around 40 minutes. The treatment area will be covered in small, evenly spaced bumps, but this settles within 3 days. Most people return to normal activities the next day.

Safety and Side Effects of Rejuran Treatment

Rejuran is considered a treatment with a strong safety profile, as it uses highly purified polynucleotides that are biocompatible with human skin. Most clients tolerate the procedure well, and side effects are generally mild and short-lived. The most common reactions include temporary redness, small visible bumps at injection points, mild swelling or slight tenderness in the treated area. These usually settle within 24–48 hours.

Less common side effects may include light bruising or sensitivity, which can take a few days to resolve. As with any injectable treatment, there is a rare risk of infection, allergic reaction or vascular complications, but these are extremely uncommon when performed using proper techniques.

Rejuran is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and clients with active skin infections, severe inflammation or certain medical conditions may not be suitable candidates. If you’re allergic to seafood, it’s best not to have this treatment. We will assess your skin, medical history and treatment goals during your consultation to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
