Define Clinic is a boutique cosmetic clinic located in the heart of Milton, Brisbane. Led by Dr Joshua Mullins and a close-knit team of 5, we’re known for our subtle, refined approach to cosmetic injectables and a holistic focus on whole-face harmonisation. In addition to injectables, we offer Laser Genesis and microneedling treatments.

We take pride in our warm, welcoming environment where every client is listened to and cared for, never rushed or pressured. As a doctor-led clinic, scripting and medication are managed in-house.

Your role

As our new Cosmetic Injectables Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality injectable treatments including anti-wrinkle, muscle relaxants, dermal filler, hyaluronidase, biostimulators and bioremodeller

• Consult with clients to develop personalised treatment plans

• Have in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and a passion for the cosmetic industry

• Work in a supportive, friendly setting with no pressure to upsell

• Help maintain the clinic’s excellent standard of care and service

• Able and willing to assist the practice manager in content creation and basic admin duties when required

• The ability to collaborate and communicate with other injectors to support healthy teamwork

• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

About you

• AHPRA Registered Nurse

• Covered by your own Nurse Indemnity Insurance

• Completed ‘HLTINF005 Maintain infection prevention for skin penetration treatments’

• At least 2 years (full-time, or equivalent part-time) experience in injectables with a proven track record

• Punctual, confident, warm, and a great cultural fit for our team

• Skilled in consulting, assessing facial anatomy, and safely delivering injectable treatments across basic and advanced areas.

• A lifelong learner who is committed to upskilling and using the best practice techniques

Bonus if you have:

• A current QLD Laser Licence (not necessary) to perform Laser Genesis treatments
